The organizer may adjust the exhibition layout if necessary before the event, informing affected exhibitors. Such changes do not permit exhibitors to cancel their participation unilaterally.
The stand holder must declare hosted firms, paying an extra fee per firm. Only declared firms can appear on the booth and catalog. One firm per 9 sqm booth is allowed, with similar rules for group pavilions. The organizer may verify compliance at any time.
Booth setup follows the organizer's floor plan. Exhibitors are responsible for their own stand decorations, ensuring they comply with the exhibition's general terms and conditions.
